Hey guys, what is up welcome back to gals on the go. It's broke

And Danielle excited for a new week with you guys. We're so excited to

Just sit down and chat about what we've been up to what we've learned and just overall just a great week

I feel like I feel like we have yeah a lot to catch up on um this past week this past week Danielle and I

Vowed I guess is the word to take a week um off of social media of posting original content to allow to allow room for

Black voices and we amplified them on our stories and in our posts and um

I think it was well overdue obviously and I noticed a lot of people on social media kind of did that

And I think it was a great thing a great week of taking time

Everybody kind of needed to step back I think um to most definitely focus on

Bigger things. I mean, let's be real like we love this podcast you guys we're gonna get into you know our faves and everything today

But there are obviously bigger things in the world going on but um

You know our current fave and whatever highlights and stuff

But at the same time we know that our content does provide you guys with a lot of joy

And we get a lot of joy out of making this podcast so much joy always in a such a better mood after we record

Yeah, I know I remember Danielle and I were talking last week and

You're like you don't realize how much like vlogging is just an integral like part of your life at this point

Because we both took a week off. We're like wow. This is like abnormal

Like this is abnormal. Yeah, it was really it was funky town. I was like fun. You tell like

It's like we live our lives the same, but it is definitely different not like document at all

And it was honestly like kind of nice. It was like

I don't even know how to explain it, but it was really really good so much time for self-reflection
