Summary

Each enneagram type has a place of focus. What they are paying attention to. There are those who are self-referencing - meaning they are focusing on their needs, wants and desires and organizing to make those happen. Then there are others-referencing - those focused on the needs, wants and priorities of other people. Then there are those that are navigating both - bouncing back and forth between what they want and what others want and how to make them work together. -- Thank you to this week’s podcast sponsor: Get started with EveryPlate for just $1.49 per meal by going to EveryPlate.com/podcast and entering code egram49. — Call/text your enneagram questions to (828) 338-9127 Grab a copy of my books at www.thehonestenneagram.com & www.theenneagramletters.com Check out my YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/sarajanecase Learn more about your ad choices. Today we are packing up and heading to Atlanta. We're going to stay there the night

0:18.3

before we leave for San Francisco and so with that in mind we're all home. The husband and the

0:24.8

kiddo are packing up their things so you might hear some lifestyle sounds in the background.

0:30.1

That's just kind of what we're working with today and you know it's the best we can do.

0:36.0

With that in mind I was really going back and forth about whether or not going to Atlanta

0:40.9

was a weird choice so we are about three four hours from Atlanta and it's a bit of a drive to

0:48.0

fly out of there but we have the Southwest companion pass. My husband can fly for like five bucks

0:53.2

on Southwest and there wasn't there isn't a Southwest airport like terminal here and where we live

1:00.3

and there's not even a flight to San Francisco from the terminal where we are closest to so

1:06.3

Atlanta was the closest flight we could get with Southwest to San Francisco and we thought you know

1:13.6

what let's do it let's try it out and you know I think it actually makes more sense because flying

1:20.8

from Asheville to Atlanta for the three of us was like insane it was like a thousand dollars just

1:26.5

for us to fly that 30-minute flight and then it's like that's more expensive than our flight to

1:34.1

San Francisco from Atlanta so it makes more sense for us to just fly to you know drive to Atlanta

1:41.9

have a place to park our car will you know shuttle out from there and I think it'll be I think it

1:47.6

makes sense it's just inconvenient I have friends who like only fly direct and they only ever fly

1:55.0

with a carry on they like prefer everything to be streamlined and simple and I am not like that

2:01.6

I'm very much like I will save a buck I will be inconvenience in order to like save that money

2:09.8

and I think if we lived in a larger city I might be more concerned with flying direct you know

2:15.3

because I would have that option but living here we just like never can fly direct it's very rare
