0:14.4	In a sense, the gospels are just the beginning of Christ's work. The adventure continues in the

0:39.3	Through the years, I've had so many people ask me about the tongues that are found in the
0:45.0	book of Acts, Acts chapter number two, one of the great sign gifts that was given on
0:50.4	the day of Pentecost as evidence of the coming of the Holy Spirit.
0:54.8	And someone said to me, are those real?
0:57.6	Of course they're real.
0:59.6	The question is not whether they're real or false.
1:02.5	The question is, are they permanent or temporary?
1:06.2	That's very important.
1:07.7	Remember, the day of Pentecost is not a day, an incident, an experience that is
1:12.2	repeated over and over and over again. It was the beginning point. It was the starting point.
1:18.5	It set in motion, everything that the Lord would begin in this age of the Holy Spirit.
1:24.5	And so that particular day and the attempt to try to to manufacture it again, to make it
1:31.5	happen again, a friend, I'm going to tell you if God wants to send another day of Pentecost,
1:35.2	he can do anything he wants to any day he wants to. But he has not chosen to do that. Instead,
1:40.2	he has set in motion everything he wants to do in this age of the spirit, in this church age,
1:45.0	on that particular day. And he did it in a remarkable way. It was marked by miracles. And one of the
