What unprecedented days and unusual days here we are first and

foremost on behalf of our entire staff and team in community and

incredible leaders and volunteers it spans from Seattle to LA to around the world.

We love you and we're thinking a lot about you

and praying for you.

I was talking to a friend yesterday on the phone and I actually went for a drive to see the sunset and was just having an emotional moment. So much going on in the world. And when we were talking, he made a statement that really resonated with me and that was you

know in the midst of so much fear around this virus which is understandable of course

please don't beat yourself up if you're getting a little worked up about this virus. It's real, it is a threat,

and it's really challenging and difficult. But my friend said this. He said, you know, my heart

goes out to those who have been facing ailment diseases challenges

difficulties and now suddenly the news is so massive and paramount around the virus it it's as if their pain, their challenge, their

journey can easily be forgotten.

And I just thought that was such a beautiful portrait of true empathy, that we don't just obsess over a virus and certainly praying for all

those affected and those who have already lost loved ones.

It is unimaginable, but also at the very same time if it's okay to say that we are

considering and praying for all those who are facing challenges and

difficulties in their life. I heard a few people say these are tough times.

To be honest, when are they not?

Life is not easy.

Life is challenging.

Life is difficult.
