It looked like a great place on paper.
Good location, more space than expected, and a price that didn’t quite match what you’d normally expect for something like it. Nothing about it raised immediate concerns.
But from the beginning, something felt off. Not throughout the entire apartment. Just one space. It wasn’t obvious. There was nothing you could point to and say, that’s the problem.
