Hey guys, all right, vegetable glycerin. Do you take it? Is it in your supplements? Have you seen it in the

ingredient list on foods you eat? I bet you thought that it was safe to eat. And I mean, yes,

technically it's safe. I have tinctures in my pantry and it has vegetable glycerin. It's typically

used in replace of alcohol in tinctures, but it's in so many other things. And I'm not really saying

it's good or bad, but I am going to just share about it. So this isn't going to be like

fearmongering or anything like that. But I think the more you know, the better. And then you can

make informed decisions. So you can't make informed

decisions without being informed and I bet you didn't know that vegetable glycerin comes from

vegetable oil right whoa because you know seed oils vegetable oils all that craziness well

get this it's also known as glycerol. So if you see

glycerin or glycerol is the same thing. It's a clear liquid. It's typically made from

soybean, coconut, or palm oils. And it's an odorless substance. It has a mild sweet taste

with a syrup-like consistency. So let's get into it.

So glycerin, it is a sugar alcohol derived from animal products, plants, or petroleum. So you can be

derived from different things.

So that's why when you read, it doesn't just say glycerin.

It says vegetable glycerin.

Typically, I've never read anything that says beef glycerin or, you know, cow glycerin or anything like that.

It's typically vegetable glycerin.

So vegetable glycerin, like I said, it's made from
