Welcome back to Real Estate Coaching Radio with your host, Tim and Julie Harris. Sorry for the slight delay. We are having a little bit of connection issues. A lot of people are listening to the radio show live now, and as a result of that, it does cause sometimes some delays. And I apologize for those of you who had a hard time getting on as well. So what is Real Estate Coaching Radio?

It is the only real estate agent-centric coaching program that we are focused purely on agents.

Our primary focus is to help you guys.

The purpose of the radio show is to give you the information, you with the tools,

to move your business forward as quickly as possible.

And that's what we do every single radio show, every single day, from 2 to 2.30, central time.

Of course, if you're on the West Coast, that would be from noon to 1230.

So the goal of Real Estate Coaching Radio is to really challenge you to open your eyes to the opportunities

that are in the marketplace now.

It is our belief, and I think that I can really prove it to you, that we are at the very

beginning stages of what will be a seven-year boom, not a bubble, a boom.

In other words, real estate is coming back.

Real estate is going to continue to make a big comeback. And for the next seven years, if you have your mind open to it, you're going to experience

the best real estate market of your entire career. For those of you who are new in the real

estate business, well, you should be extra excited about this because, frankly, your timing is

perfect. You know, it's kind of funny when I was doing pre-coaching calls for a lot of you guys

who are getting into real estate, that really could have only been the height of the bust.
