So when your blood vessels are healthy, the rest of you stands a chance to be healthy.

And so one of the things that I became so fascinated by about blood vessels was how it's a common

And that's really how I think about the connection between food, which we eat, the substances

with our food get into our bloodstream, and then the bloodstream, our blood vessels,

deliver them everywhere. So what is the consequence of healthy foods that we eat for our circulation?

And what are the consequences of the negative foods that we might eat as well? And that balance is

sort of a new lens by which we can actually look at our help.
