Oh, it's moving weekend. Moving weekend. But, Howard, what's again?

Oh, it's moving weekend. Moving weekend. No one wants to hear about that. Did you already unpack your race last week with Logan? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, it was funny because we started the podcast and he was like, how about, or who's going to win the Super Bowl? I'm like, seriously, dude? No, we're not talking about that. We're talking about me. And then he did, and then he was like, I know, I'm just fooling with you.

And he wasn't, then he was like I know I'm just fooling with you and he wasn't but it was okay I appreciated like you know he was

like oh crap I forgot about that but no it was it was uh yeah we already we already unpacked it and so

oh go ahead no I was going to say and I haven't done anything two weeks I mean I think I've run

twice that's it and I'm going to get started and I haven't done anything. Two weeks. I mean, I think I've run twice. That's it. And I'm going to get started again. Sure. Monday. So you decided to be a bump. How was meeting with your running coach? So that's fascinating. That was really good. I botched the meeting. This was totally a fluke, but I was supposed to have a meeting like three or four days after the race, decompress, whatever.

And then like, and it's in the evening because he has a real job as well. And so I, you know, we were home and I like had it set for a certain time. And then the kids, like there was chaos and pandemonium. And like I was like, I'll take him to practice and blah, blah, blah. and I got in the car and I drove off to practice, took a kid to practice,

and I'm sitting at practice and I'm talking to other parents.

And I totally no-call, no-showed. No-call-no-showed. That's unlike you. Not like me at all. Bueller. Bueller. Now, that said, I will add that we rescheduled the following week, and I'm so glad I had a week to 10 days because what I was feeling like three or four days after the race, which was like, I'm ready to sign up for another.

Like, bring it on.

Like, I'm going to crush it.

This is going to be awesome. After about a week, I was like, do I really want to run another race? Like, like, bring it on. Like, I'm going to crush it. This is going to be awesome.

After about a week, I was like, do I really want to run another race? Like, I might be done with my competitive running streak. No, you're going to win Boston. Come on, Quinn. No, no, no. So it was funny because then I got to remove the emotion, have some time to decompress, got a chance to chat with him had a really good conversation

and we're back to training
