I'm glad to see you showed up for therapy.

Find somebody at Ryan, at Bryant, at Michelle,

whoever you see up and down the timeline, tag them

because you don't know what somebody is going through

and how a word of encouragement can just encourage them

to make it through another day. We all have our

battles. We all have our battles and sometimes certain warfare is more intense and you'll be

surprised what a word of encouragement can do similar to sports when somebody gets hit and they're

down on the field once they get up everybody starts clapping

even though it hurt they're clapping even though they're injured we're clapping because yes it hurt

you but you're still mobile so come on in the room it is time for therapy Thursday um we have

been just having a wonderful time every single
