Part one. Here we go.

Lots of folks complain about things in the workplace.

Not at Manager Tools, but at other organizations, right?

And they complain about the workplace and they'll complain about things at your organization

occasionally, right?

It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens.

Sometimes we as managers, we complain too,

because we're only human, right?

And we make mistakes too.

Just because everybody does it doesn't mean it's okay though, but let's admit folks that we all do it from time to time.

But it's not okay. No.

We shouldn't do it, but we do it. And even I, I even I complain about my own company

every once in a while.

It's like, it's like, okay, Mike.

So what we're gonna talk about today

is how to decide whether it's significant or not and then what to do about it.

Good. So we have five points we're talk about. The first is we're
