I have air B&Bs right? Yeah, and they're just a pain in my butt.

Honestly, I just I've showed you my air B&Bs. Yeah. I feel like my air B&Bs are

underperforming. What are some things that I should look at to increase the revenue?

You should do something that my boy Rob Bill is doing because yours are in a vacation location, right?

Unlike mine, mine are metropolitan locations, it's catered more so. I'm trying to take the

hotels businesses, not resorts business, right? Meaning the working travelers, travel nurses, people,

I'm getting steady, you nurses, people, I'm getting steady occupancy throughout a year.

Whereas for example, someone like, you know, Rob Bill,

he's creating unique experiences, you know, vacation experiences, so how do you stand out from the bunch is what's going to increase your profitability now, right?

Something that he came on one of our coaching calls and it's in the recordings, but he came on and something

that he shared. I was like, dude, that's so smart. Instead of him getting more properties,

he's honing in on properties that he already has and enhancing them by adding pickleball cords by adding you know

if you're getting putt putts in the in the property different little experiences

that differentiates his properties from the rest of them which will obviously make it to where his properties get booked

versus the competitor because there's something special about it.

Right?

So for you, what I would suggest doing,

because you already have them.

It's probably it won't make sense to sell at this point

where we're at. I don't know.

But make them better, you know, like don't have them stand out in one way shape or form.

Whether that be adding a hot tub or you know, you have to do a little bit of a competitor analysis and see what other people are offering in your area.
