Hey there, girlfriend. Let's get started on this important topic because this time of year, it feels crazy to everybody. It

truly does. Like the end of the school year, end of sports seasons, all of the sacraments,

like this is the time of year when everything seems to come to a head for especially those of us

who are raising families. And we can all feel that way sometimes, even if you're not raising a family.

This time of year can be especially stressful. And really, I just want to share some ideas for any time

when you're feeling particularly stressed. This year, for me, I'm pre-recording this because

we're going to be traveling for my son's wedding. Woo-hoo. My son, Stephen, is getting married May 18th

to Maria. I want to invite you to pray

for them, please. But planning the wedding, they've been doing all the nitty gritty planning. It's just a lot

to work into your schedule, like this travel, this trip, coordinating my boys who are in the wedding

and making sure they have what they need for what they're wearing, et cetera etc, etc. Plus my daughter is having her second child most probably during the time that the

entire family is out of state for this wedding. So there's just a lot. And on top of that, I've been doing

quite a bit of travel this spring for speaking. everything happens in the fall and everything happens in the

spring. It's just like these clusters of crazy is how I tend to look at it. It's like weekend after

weekend I've been traveling, which is a joy. I really do love it. Let me tell you, like when I get to

travel somewhere to speak or to give a retreat. I love seeing all the different parts of the
