So one thing that I've been struggling with here recently is I want to buy more rental

properties.

I just love being a landlord and would love to buy more properties.

But the problem I'm having is that where I live in Northern Virginia, the numbers just don't make

sense. I just can't find anything where the numbers are going to cash flow to a point where

it makes sense to me. For me, it's really kind of paralyzed me and stop me from taking action

and moving forwards. Last i met nick pulse and nick

is an investor in the exact same market that i'm in but nick is having no problem finding rental

And the difference is that I'm looking for rentals right here in my market, where Nick is looking for rentals wherever he can find him.
