It's one of those mornings where I woke up earlier than I had hoped to, expected to,

I have long, contented, long said that those long-term benefits for most of us, most of the time, okay, this is interesting. What is that? It's a fox. He was running right towards me. He saw me. He stopped. And now he's, he turned tail and ran

in the other direction. He's stopping again. He's looking and off he goes. Oh, the things you see

Most of the long-term benefits, potential health benefits of fitness, of exercise, of walking,

they can feel abstract, and not all of them, I think, are meaningful in the same way for most of us.
