Tell me a little bit about why you're successful and the team that you built.

I think you have to adapt. You have to pivot. You have to be nimble, right? You've got to be quick on your feet.

I think the best entrepreneurs in the world are very quick on their feet. They can move very fast.

You know, we're about to take the team nationwide. So we want our goals to scale to 5,000 agents, you know, doing 10 billion a year in production or more. We'll be the first team to ever do that.

And so these people are joining your team to get training.

You guys are also giving leads.

How are you taking care of 150 people?
