Right. So we're going to jump right back in where we left off yesterday. But Julie and I, right before the show, we're just talking about one of my new coaching

So I'm going to tell the story about Joe.

And, you know, I'm telling you guys this story because I think it really is a testament to what following a proven system and staying on the correct path, what it will lead to.

Okay, so here's a true story.

And this is, again, this is a guy that just started with our coaching organization fairly recently.

And guess what?

He isn't even a full-time realtor.

Which, by the way, a lot of you guys aren't full-time realtors.

And I hate to say this because it definitely is not – it's in conflict with what most brokers will say.

But if you guys have a good paying job that's giving yourself financial security for you and your family, don't quit it. Don't do real estate part-time. There's certainly nothing

wrong with that. You know, I have coaching clients that actually are able to do fantastically well

off being part-time because they'll set aside maybe five hours a week, 10 hours a week, maybe
