And, you know, I haven't drilled down on this in a while, but guys, we are absolutely positively in a new real estate boom.

I'm hearing from all my coaching clients and all of our coaches, coaching clients, that the momentum is building this time of year, whereas in the past 7 to 8 years it's actually dropped like a rock.

What am I talking about?

For the last 7 or 8 years, up until last year, it was this time a year when

all of a sudden all of our coaching clients were going, Coach Tim, Coach Julie, what the hell

happened? My showings have dropped off. The days in the markets are extended. Well, this is

the first year in forever that that hasn't happened. We're actually seeing an increase in market activity.

We're seeing an increase in listings, which is good,

because that obviously will be an increase in expired listings,

which will help many of you.
