My name is Jeff, and today Matt and I are going to be talking about the mountain bike community.

You know, mountain biking has a lot of momentum going into 2019, but if we're honest, there are things that all of us can do to make our sport even better.

Whether you're new to the mountain bike community or you're comfortably established, we want to

reflect on some ways to give back during this season of giving. If mountain biking had a wish list

for Santa, I guess these are the things that would be on it. So we're going to be talking about

a number of different ways that all of

us can give back to the community. But I wanted to summarize all of this into four easy action

steps that we can all remember and hopefully take with us. And we'll be covering each of these

again throughout the show. But basically, we can all speak, we can give, we can share, and we can help.

And a lot of this stuff is going to be really easy to do.

Maybe you're already doing it or it sort of comes as second nature.

But this is the kind of thing, though, where we all should probably talk about this at least once a year and make sure that we're all doing our best.

we can create a community around trails and give back to the trails as a mountain bike community.
