Thank you for being here today.

As we come out of the weekend, it is a wild time right now, a time that I think everybody is trying to get

used to with what is going on, what's not going on in the sports world, because sports are on hold.

Tennessee athletics are on hold right now and will be for the foreseeable future. The show is not,

though. The show will continue on each day, so I appreciate you being here. And I hope that this show, this podcast,

can kind of help you get through these difficult times while you're dealing with whatever

might be going on financially or work or personally. And of course, while waiting out the return

of sports, hopefully I can kind of talk you through that as well. And we'll do this together.

I'm going to have probably more mailbag segments over the next few weeks.

I'm going to open up the mailbag a little bit later in the show and answer some of your questions.

But here in segment number one, kind of an update for you on just where things stand and what's been reported coming out of the weekend as Tennessee football will not be returning to practice

when spring break ends. The expectation had been or the schedule had been that Tennessee

would return to practice a week from tomorrow next Tuesday, and that's not going to happen.

So I'm going to catch you up on that coming up in a moment, just what it's looking like

out there in the sports world in terms of the schedule,

because I think there had been some hope for the spring sports to still return,

and that seems less likely.

So I'll update you on that coming up in the first segment.
