0:35.9	we're coming off of UFC Fight Island Four this past Saturday Holly Holm had a huge
0:41.9	win over Erlini-Aldana in the main event. We talked all about that on our post-fight show. We had Laura Sanco joining us so you want to get our thoughts on that main event and the ins and outs of that card and talked about it a lot on the post fight show
0:56.1	We talked about it a little bit more in depth with some of the lower on the card fights and
1:00.9	performances on between the links as well so you can go back into
1:04.4	the archives whether it be on the YouTube channel or on the podcast network and you
1:09.3	can get our thoughts on that we will talk a little bit more about U.S.C. Fight Island 4 this week on the show.
