The light that she had is no longer in this world.

Those are the words of a former patient of Krista Bauer Gilly, who is no longer with us.

Prosecutors say at the hands of her husband Lee Gilly, who not only was on for murder, that was supposed to take place shortly,

but he bolted, heads to Canada, makes his way to Italy, where he is ultimately arrested by Italian authorities.

And now he says, don't send me back to Texas.

The defendant here, prosecutors say that Lee Gilley murdered his wife and then incredibly somehow gets his ankle monitor off, but even more incredibly, gets out on bond to get that ankle monitor off,

hops on a flight or gets his way to Canada somehow, and then hops on apparently an Air Canada flight,

which takes him to Milan, Italy, and subsequently, he is detained by authorities there and had a court appearance in Italy and telling Italian authorities, look, don't send me back to Texas because they will put me to death for something I did not do here to help us break this all down.

He is the famed Tallahassee criminal defense attorney, the letter R and OUR.
