Convicted Killer and Children's Grief author who didn't even write her book,

but had a ghost writer.

Her name is Corey Richens.

She was sentenced on Wednesday to life without parole,

making her only the 73rd person in the entire state of Utah who has such a sentence was going to be 25 to life or life without parole.

The judge, Judge Richard Mazarek going for the harsher penalty.

And I think everyone agrees that that is probably the correct move.

Now, Corey Richon spoke about regret, about motherhood, about secrets, about truth, about infidelity.

It was one of the weirder allocutions that you will hear. And I said to myself at the time,

man, I need a psychologist to really break this down. And then I realized I've got a psychologist.
