for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day.

A week ago, I got this email from Gloria. Gloria writes,

I think the 90-day fitness chain is a great idea, but I have found that if I miss a day,

I may mean for 10 minutes every day to get started in November, had a few health challenges,

and missed four days, kind of started over in December,

and I've been able to walk two out of the three.
