All right, so I'm re-recording this. I've got to go for a speed run here. So, real quick, I got

married in October of last year. Me and my wife have been together

for about 10 years, and right after our honeymoon, we found out that we were going to be having

our first child. So we really kicked into gear. We were living with my in-laws at the time,

and we wanted to try and buy our first house. Now this was during the market,

during, you know, a big sellers market

and we were having a hard time winning any bids.

We had been on over two dozen bids,

seen over two dozen houses,

and it didn't seem like we were getting track in anywhere.

So the last house that we looked at, it just kind of seemed to check all the boxes.

We go in and have the land that we wanted.

It was an older home.

It was just right.

It seemed right for us. So I actually was sitting at the dining room and while I was sitting in the chair

talking with my wife and the realtor was giving us some space to, you know, kind of talk it over,

I said to my wife, you know, I think this is the home. I just feel like our family is meant to be here.

So we just kind of lacklost really put together a bid with our realtor and just figured, hey, if we get it, we get it if not.
