0:06.1	So often I'm talking to people that are so busy hustling and grinding and doing the work and then when I stop and say
0:13.2	Why? What do you do it? What are you actually trying to accomplish? What's the end result?

0:22.1	I challenge people all the time maybe you need to write a 10-year letter to yourself or a 20-year letter as I did back in
0:29.7	2015 when I said hey, this is exactly how I want my life to be and and I remember having my older son
0:36.8	Read that letter who thinking dad like how did you do this? How did you pull these visions out of your head?
0:42.2	And I just kept saying to myself if my life was as good as you can possibly be what would I work towards?
0:47.4	I'm going to work hard. I'm going to grind it out. I'm going to do everything I can to make my client successful to make myself
0:53.4	successful to make my family successful the question is for what?
0:57.9	What is it you're trying to build? What is it you're trying to accomplish? If you're not clear on the end result
1:03.6	Yeah, we'll work hard. We'll have our ups. We'll have our downs. The market will go up the market will go down
1:07.7	All that stuff's going to happen
1:09.4	But for someone like myself because I'm super clear on my north star
1:12.2	I'm super clear on my vision. I'm super clear on what I'm building. I experience the bumps
1:17.0	But I seem to go through them a little bit easier because I know exactly where I'm going
1:22.6	We're all going to work. We're all going to do what it takes to be successful the question is
1:26.9	What is it that you're building? What's your vision? I dare you
1:31.0	No, I double dare you to write it out. It's 10 years from now better
1:35.8	It's 20 years from now and my life turned out exactly as I wanted to be by my design
1:42.6	And then you detail it out and you flower it up and you give it life and you give it energy and you tell stories about
1:48.7	How your kids turned out and how you and your spouse made it and the places that you've been and the things that you've done
