Jobs. So this is our first mini episode and I'm super excited. We decided to add a second

episode every week and we're going to be answering your questions here. I'm going to be

commenting on stuff that you guys send in. So if you guys have something you want to share

to your questions or we will celebrate you if you're taking strides and we feel like that

deserves a big round of applause. I also think it's just super inspiring to everyone else

to see what steps people are taking towards their dreams, making things a reality. So I'm

really excited about this. That's what this is about. Right now I'm actually recording

from my hotel room in New York City and it's super fun to be here. I'm speaking at the

podcast up front and I love being here and my husband actually came along with me which

is a super big treat since we've never been away from the kids for three nights and it's

really fun to reconnect to him also. I just have this time to give to each other because

it's so easy when you're both working for that to just slip away. So let's dive into you
