Summary

Zechariah 12:2-3 gives us details about Jerusalem and how the world's nations will come against it in the Last Days. And in our very day, we see how the current geopolitical climate is setting the stage for these verses to be fulfilled, along with other End Times events such as the rapture of the Church, the Second Coming of Jesus, and the Battle of Armageddon.

0:03.6	You know, one of the things about going through the Bible, verse by verse, chapter by chapter,
0:07.7	is I'm not really a topical teacher.
0:10.2	I teach expositionally verse by verse through the Bible.
0:13.7	But the end of the book of Zechariah is sort of topical in nature.
0:18.2	It's really all about Jerusalem and the future of Jerusalem and what God
0:23.2	has in store for the people of Jerusalem, the Jews. And it's an important passage and it does affect
0:30.3	any one of you that are Christians here today. It's something you should know about according to the
0:36.3	Bible. Remember, the Bible says don't be ignorant about several things.
0:40.0	One of the things you're not supposed to be ignorant of
0:41.7	is God's plan for Israel,
0:44.7	especially as it relates to Israel and the Jews in the last days and the end times.
0:49.0	And that's why we're camping out in this.
0:50.9	We're not really camping out.
0:51.8	We're just continually going through the Bible.
0:53.5	But we begun sort of the introduction last week, what's the big deal about Jerusalem? That's what
0:59.6	we talked about last week. And I went over the history of, you know, Jerusalem and kind of covered,
1:06.3	maybe for some of you was like going back to those, you know, boring history classes you had in
1:10.5	college or high school.
1:11.9	But to me it's exciting because the city of Jerusalem is a supernatural place.
1:18.1	God says that's the city with my name on it and that's where my people are and I'm going to rule and reign from Jerusalem for all eternity.
1:26.2	Like this is an amazing thing in the world that we all kind of sit back and marvel.
