listeners. So today we're going to be digging into United States v. Scrimetti again. That's the case where

Lambda legal and the ACLU are arguing on behalf of LW, a 16-year-old transgender girl, and her parents,

along with some other folks, that Tennessee SB1, Tennessee's gender-affirming care ban,

violates the Equal Protection C clause of the United States Constitution.

The Supreme Court hears oral arguments in this case on December 4th, and Rewire News Group will be outside the court for the rally, so be sure and look for us there.

And, well, we have a new incoming presidential administration, which is starting to grapple with that reality.

So we're not going to, as Amani said, go through all the legal arguments in this case because

we've done multiple shows on Scrimetti.
