US v Scrimetti, a case that we have covered a lot here on the pod. It involves Tennessee's

ban on gender affirming care for minors and whether or not that ban violates the equal

protection clause because, well, it's a sex-based discrimination. Today, we got over two hours

of arguments on that question with some diversions into nonsense. So, Amani, let's dig in.
