And, oh, man, let's all take a deep breath.

The last couple days have been pretty wild.

On Friday, Quasi Adafo Mensa gets fired and then the slew of reporting, including

from myself and Kevin Seaford and Alec Lewis and Diana Rossini and everybody and

anybody else who had any inkling of what happened between the Minnesota Vikings and

Quasi Adafel

Mensa, it is kind of hit like a Mack truck to the face of Minnesota Vikings fans over the last

couple of days. And then we got, you know, into this whole other world that I was kind of hoping

it would not go into when it came to the parental leave issue.

And then it was, is it this person's fault?

Was it because of Sam Darnel making the Super Bowl and on and on and on and on?

And I'm sure as we reach here on Monday night that all of you folks are a little bit exhausted by the news cycle

of the firing of Kwayzi Adafel-Mensa.

Now, I promise you that the NFL will move on very quickly as we have the Super Bowl this week.

But I also wanted to start that process of looking forward instead of looking back. Now, if you have questions and

thoughts about what happened, I am here to answer them. And over the first hour, it's going to be

a lot of you guys and your thoughts. And then Mani Hill comes in the second hour. Of course,

you'll still be open to questions and comments when Mani joins as well. But I wanted to start thinking about what this means for Kevin O'Connell, what this means

for the Vikings organization going forward, and how this reshapes the Minnesota Vikings

offseason if it does at all.
