0:59.4 | Insulin is the dominating hormone that determines whether you're going to store or use your fat, okay? |

1:09.0 | So if insulin is high, you're going to use glucose as your primary fuel. |
1:13.3 | And if insulin is low, you're going to use ketones, which is the byproduct of fat burning. |
1:19.6 | Now what's interesting about a ketone is that ketones stimulate metabolism. |
1:25.0 | Too much insulin will slow your metabolism. |
1:28.5 | And when your body isn't actually burning fat because there's low insulin, |
1:32.1 | and some of this is turning into ketones, you're going to be peeing out some of this ketone |
