How would you get us started by telling us a little bit about yourself and what you do?

Right now, I am a faculty emeritus from Thunderbird School of Global Management,

and I had been a faculty member at a graduate

school for international students for about 25 years. And now I'm taking a lot of the material

that I've learned and the experiences that I've witnessed and written a book with my colleagues

on quantum negotiation. And I'm creating some e-learning
