and sitting across the table from each other. But I'm like, how do I want you to feel?

Do I want you to feel like a girlfriend just gave you a hug and reminded you how capable you are

and it feels warm and fuzzy? Or do I want to give you some tactical things that you can kind of simmer on and have some cool conversations and you feel like you've got tools,
