Welcome back for another wonderful conversation all about beauty and skin care.

Today I'm getting to know Megan O'Neill and she is the senior beauty editor at Goop.

Yes, we all know Goop and I was just like, I have to talk to someone at Goop eventually

and I've actually always known Megan's work even like before she was at Goop.

There were people that worked with her when she was at L. That said that she was great.

And I finally was able to get her on the podcast.

She's also a mom like me and we also both grew up in New York City.

So we had a really great conversation.

Now I will say almost just to be expected if you were speaking to someone from Goop.

There is a lot of conversation about clean beauty and ingredients being clean.

Now I am I think maybe I'm giving myself too much credit here.

I am quick to caveat and say that clean doesn't have a meaning, which she also agrees with

me on and just being more specific when we say clean, which also leads me to another interview

that I have coming up that I'm very excited about.

I speak to Deb Kilgore from Hollis Choice all about their ingredient dictionary that

they launched and basically like what skin care ingredients do what for your skin?

What should we avoid?

Are parabens really that bad, why or why not?

So I'm excited for that interview.

I love when I can bring people on that just like have like an encyclopedic knowledge of

all skin care ingredients and can also just like sets out like fact from fiction.
