So how much of a problem do Democrats really have?

It's a question that's on the minds of strategists from both parties as we head into the midterms,

especially after Glenn Youngkin's win last month in Virginia.

And my guest today is Brian Strigley.

He's a Democratic pollster who was hired to run a focus group following the Terry McCullough

loss in Virginia and his analysis shows some of the pitfalls facing Democrats, especially

they leaned too heavily on an anti-Trump message next year.

His report also found that schools were a major source of concern for parents, but not

necessarily because of the public fights over critical race theory.

So we're going to talk to Brian about his survey and what he found.

Let me start with, you work for the President.

You work for the polling firm that does polling further present.

Is the President seen this analysis?

I couldn't say.

I don't know the answer to that.

But I think one thing, there are a lot of public polls.

There are a lot of data sets that are pointing to the same thing.

I would also say that you've seen the White House and the Democratic Party in general

sort of talk about a lot of the cost issues that have been outlined in this.
