It's officially September. September came so quickly, and it's time for us to start preparing ourselves for fall. Now, depending on how you count,

if you're going by the Gregorian calendar, or if you're more tuned into the seasons and how things work in

nature, you might feel like the beginning of fall is actually September 1st, which is right now.

But if you go a little bit more by the changing of the seasons and the older ways of looking at

this, the beginning of fall doesn't actually happen until fall equinox,

which is much later in September. We have three more weeks until we're there. So we still have

some time to let go of summer and some time to usher in and invite fall. And what we're doing this

week particularly is aligning our inner rhythm a little bit more,
