Summary

For Dan and Connie LeFave, paranormal investigation was a passion—not a lifestyle. They explored haunted locations, chased cold spots, and documented ghost stories like many enthusiasts. But nothing could have prepared them for what would happen after a visit to a historic site in Ballinger, Texas: the Olde Park Hotel.
Built in the late 1800s, the Olde Park Hotel has worn many faces over time—hotel, brothel, boarding house, possibly even a school. But one thing has remained constant: the presence of the paranormal. It’s said that more than 30 spirits roam its rooms, and after one investigation, they made a shocking move. The building’s owner contacted Dan with a message that would change everything: “The spirits really want you and Connie to have the building.”
