This morning, the Department of Homeland Security says an immigration officer shot and killed a man that they were trying to detain.

right here behind me. Federal agents have shot at least two people, killing one. They've fired a

chemical weapon at a TV reporter. They've handcuffed a local politician at a hospital.

Video from the Citizen app shows Alderwoman Fuentes asking for that warrant saying that the man had constitutional

rights. She says she was put in handcuffs and later released when she challenged ice state.
