Bettencourt because he's been uncovering a story that's harder to see. And it revolves around a

single person. So she's from Ethiopia. She basically accidentally witnessed the Ethiopian military

executing a group of people and was imprisoned.

They basically arrested her, took her to a detention center, and tortured her for more than a week.
