Hello, it's Adam in the studio, and the first of the stories that we're going to cover that we thought went a bit under the radar this week was the ruling by the coroner in the case of Ruth Perry. She was the head

teacher from Caversham Primary School in Reading who took her own life at the start of the year after she received an inadequate

rating from Ofsted, the school inspectors, for her primary school.

And the coroner delivered their ruling on Thursday and Heidi Connor, that's her name,
