Over the last few weeks, as Kamala Harris enjoyed a surge in enthusiasm from voters.

There's been this question hanging over her campaign.

What about Gaza?

With Democrats' unity convention this week, this question hangs in the air,

waiting to be answered.

Democrats' Unity Convention has one giant exception. The about the radical protesters who plan to shut down the DNC for Gaza.

And then there are the people inside the convention hall, including about three dozen

uncommitted delegates.

Back in the spring, these people felt so strongly that President Biden was on the wrong path that they refused to back him as their candidate.

Now, they're here to demand more from the Harris campaign, a commitment to an arms embargo on Israel, a permanent ceasefire.

Yas Kader is one of these delegates. He's from Washington State. On Monday he showed up on

media row to tell me what he is trying to do here at the convention. He was wearing a

Democratic majority for Palestine t-shirt and a big

button that said not another bomb. You're wearing a kafia, the black and white scarf that's come to represent Palestinian liberation.

How often do you wear a kofia these days?

It depends.

Did you wear it regularly like a year ago?

Probably not.

No, I wouldn't say that I wore it regularly,

but when you have an opportunity to go to the Democratic National Convention

and speak on behalf of Palestinian rights in the Palestinian lives,

you will be wearing it non-stop as a Palestinian.
