Mayor LaCardo is term-limited. This is his last year in office. It is, yeah, they're

kicking me out. Is there pressure to get things done?

Absolutely. I'm raising to the finish line right now. And, you know, I know it's a relief

for my wife, but for me, it's, you know, a sense that I've got 11 months to get everything

done that that we ever wanted to try. One of the things Mayor LaCardo has been wanting

to try is passing a few ordinances around guns. He's really leaned in here. First San Jose

required all gun purchases to be recorded to ensure they were legal. And then just
