Happy Saturday Parish Orphans. Today, I'm bringing a lot of material together, and I don't want

folks to look at this episode later and think that it's something like a recycled footage

show. Remember when the Simpsons, which when I was a kid was my favorite show, would do

recycled footage shows. They'd make some jokes and ironic commentary about the fact that,

hey, look, we're doing a recycled footage show. That's not what this is. And I know I'm not

protesting too much. Instead, I've been thinking, collocating info, gathering what it means that for the first time in

really 60 years, we have an influx of new young persons, particularly young men, into the church.

For the first time in 60 years, probably more, 70, 80, 90.

And a lot of them were not around in the late 20 teens

when many of my viewers learned a lot about the reason for my posture within the church.

And my posture within the church goes like this. I get the question a lot.

I'm critical, very critical, very skeptical, very dismissive of the modern hierarchy in the

magisterium. But I'm completely dismissive of set of a contest, even recognize and resist SSPX types.

So the question that I note from people that I always kind of assumed that Catholics who follow

me on Twitter know why my position is what it is. I don't think that's really true.

And it came to my attention recently. So a lot of converts or reverts, particularly young guys,

a lot of them are, you know, good young guys with good politics, healthy, masculine energy.

A lot of them are gropeers, come back into the church within the last

three, four, five, you know, two, three, four years. They'll say, how, how are you talking to me

so dismissive or critical of the current magisterium and hierarchy in the church without being

set a or even very philosophically incoherent

SSPX adjacent type.
