Well, hello there. It's Morgan here and welcome to today's episode. Today I'm going to be talking about

what new branches will you create. This is based on an image that I will link in the show

notes so you can check it out, but there's no need to look at it before the episode and before

listening and sitting with this idea. So I drew this image of a tree that's kind of

like a big oak tree, but I don't really know. It's just like a rough sketch, very rough

sketch of a tree. And then I drew a line at the bottom of the tree. And beneath the tree,

so the line kind of represents the ground, beneath the tree, so the line kind of represents the ground,

beneath the tree, beneath the ground are the roots. So on the top of the tree, I wrote at the very

top, what people see. Here's what people see. They see the stuff above the surface. And then

at the bottom, I wrote what people don't see, and that's the roots.

So if you're looking at a tree outside, you're not going to see all of the roots by looking at it.

Even if you can see some of them, a lot of them, there's a ground, and there's stuff that you can't see beneath the surface.

And this was inspired by looking at that iceberg image that appears in a lot of things.

And there's a few different reasons why that particular image didn't really resonate with me.

And I've just been researching that.

And I've just been sitting with why, why doesn't that iceberg image sit with me where

in the image I'm talking about many many different variations of it but the most popular one that

I've seen my entry point is the success iceberg that shows oh people see above the surface they see

your success but then they don't see the stuff beneath. And for a long time, I'm like,

ah, I'm not sure. Okay, I get it, but it didn't really move me. I felt neutral about it for a while.

But then lately, I've been getting to, oh, I don't know if it resonates with me. I've moved from

neutral to, hmm, not so sure. So I was like, let me play around with it. You know, I sketch, I draw, I do all that. So let me, let me sketch. And I started drawing this tree. And I started thinking, I was like, oh, you know what? I think this could be an image that helps me really think about this whole process of there's all that stuff that people just don't see in life
