through, how you kind of moved on from this big relationship and had to like navigate dating.

Right. And all the shit that comes with that. Yes. Yeah, it was almost like there were tears of like

how to get through. So first you have to like get over the

relationship before you start dating again and then you start dating again and then you're like oh

wow I really need to figure out what the fuck I want because there's a lot out here there's a lot of

trash out here you're going to figure out what you want and then you have to like also just

be comfortable with who you are and like just show up

the way you want i think like you learn a lot about yourself in a breakup and then and like in a good

way because then you kind of apply it to your next phase of dating like this is who i am and

that's just it and maybe you felt this too like as we get older it's like there's no reason for me to be anybody else other than that's just it. And maybe you felt this too. Like as we get older, it's like there's

no reason for me to be anybody else other than like who I am today. You know what I mean?

I don't know how we go from here because this was just like mic drop. Like this is it. That was the

No, I mean, 100%. I think, especially in a relationship in your late 20s, early 30s, like you feel so defined by it. And it's a time where the people around you might be

getting married, having kids, like, moving forward in their lives in that way. And if that's something that you want, you kind of start to picture like, okay, well, you know, I'm with this person. So this is the person I'm going to do those things with. And you start to really paint this picture of what your life is going to look like and who you are in that. And then suddenly,

whether it's your choice, And you start to really paint this picture of what your life is going to look like and who you are in that.

And then suddenly, whether it's your choice or theirs or both or things,

fizzle, like whatever the reason, suddenly that's just not the case.

And you feel like you're not starting at square one because you're, you still have so much going for you and all your other
