I hope you've had a really good day today so far.

We are at that time of year that can start to feel really gloomy and gray and it feels like winter is just dragging on forever.

Lots of people are sick or dealing with colds of different kinds, and we're focusing on vitality and

energy this week. And of course, we can interpret that as physical energy, that physical sense of

vitality. But I'm also really connected to that inner spiritual sense of vitality, that spiritual sense of aliveness, of feeling grateful

to be alive, of knowing we are in the right place at the right time, engaging in things

and practices and going places that make us feel so very alive. I want to identify what those things actually are for us at

this chapter of our lives, because those things are going to change all the time. And I want to

commit to doing more of them, just so we can counter that gloominess of February with something

that's going to actually bring us a little burst of energy.
