Hey girl I'm so excited that you're here today because I want to talk about something that I think will

really hit home with you just because most women that I talk to struggle with this

myself included and it's this concept of labeling that space between where we are now and where we want to go.

And what happens if we mislabel it?

So sometimes we label that space as intimidating or scary or overwhelming and we're like,

oh, I am so far that I have to go before I get to there, wherever there is.

And sometimes when we're in an excited mood, we label it as inspiring and like the

world is our oyster. We have an open book of all of this potential. And I think that's

really powerful. And I want to talk about that in a little bit more detail.

But first let me give you a little bit of backstory. So my boyfriend, Tina, and I were on our morning walk that we do after our
