guys welcome into today's show we got a lot going on this week whoa you've been traveling i've been

traveling i'm crunching this episode in before we uh head back from me. I've been out here in Mexico City,

eating and drinking my way through the city, of course, but came down here for purchasing a bunch

of art and furniture for the Artista Hotel. We met our art consultants down here, so it's been awesome. Like,

they mapped out everything from places to eat and, you know, art expos and museums and, you know,

installations and like hole in the wall type of, it's been, it's been awesome. So I am getting ready to board a plane I know you've been up in

what Tahoe hang in oh yeah yep back I fit I'm officially third now thanks everybody for

reaching out with the well wishes lots of listeners reached out told me happy birthday on the

11th because they saw pictures of me having some people

for the 90s party. Yeah, for the 90s party. But June 17th. 17th was the official day. So I drove

up with my wife and just met some family members up in Tahoe hung out there for a couple days.

And I'm back on the grind this morning. Lots of good, fun, exciting

stuff going on all around us. I had a lot of, I had a lot of fun. I was DMing some people

this week. Oh yeah. I saw some DMs and a lot of crypto talk, a lot of, obviously, market talk.

And really what's been at the forefront of everything is the housing market talk with the Fed,

you know, raising, you called it.
