Happy Monday. Welcome back to Self-Care Daily. I hope you have had a magnificent weekend. And I hope you are having a magnificent summer. Here where I am in Sweden, of course, we're in the middle of August. It's summer season still, but we are starting to feel just a little bit of a bite in the air. I can feel, and almost here, fall looming around the corner.

I can see it in the slight shift that's already happening in the birch trees. I can see it on the

ripples of the waves on the lake. Before we know it, summer is

going to be over. And before we know it, we're in the turning of the seasons and fall is here.

What I want to do this week is I want to really tap in and harness the energy of summer while it's

still here. And for so many of us, when it's summertime, we come out of our

shelves a little bit more. There's something about the long days and the warmth and the sunlight

that makes us come alive and that makes us feel a little bit more comfortable to take up more

space. And just connecting with the power of the sun, also the power of Leo season,

I want to ask the question this week, what makes me come alive?
